Terms and Conditions for Trees4Bees Corporate Partnerships

These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the participation of corporate entities ("Partner" or "You") in the Trees4Bees Corporate Partnerships Program ("Program"). By applying for or renewing a partnership with Trees4Bees, You agree to these T&Cs. If You do not agree, You must refrain from participating in the Program.
1. Overview of the Program
1.1 Trees4Bees provides corporate entities the opportunity to support sustainability initiatives, specifically tree planting and pollinator habitat restoration, through various partnership levels.
1.2 The Program offers five partnership levels: Seedling Partner, Sapling Partner, Pollinator Ally, Forest Guardian, and Ecosystem Visionary Partner, each with corresponding contribution requirements and benefits.
2. Partnership Contributions
2.1 Partners must commit to the financial contributions specified for their selected partnership level. Contributions are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in these T&Cs.
2.2 Contributions must be paid in full within 30 days of approval or renewal of the partnership unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon in writing.
3. Partnership Benefits
3.1 Trees4Bees will provide the benefits associated with the Partner's selected level, as outlined on the official website or in accompanying materials.
3.2 Trees4Bees reserves the right to modify, substitute, or discontinue benefits without prior notice, provided that such changes do not materially reduce the value of the partnership.
3.3 Partners are responsible for ensuring that any recognition benefits (e.g., logos, names) provided to Trees4Bees comply with copyright, trademark, and branding guidelines.
4. Use of Funds
4.1 Contributions will be used exclusively to support the goals and operations of the Trees4Bees initiative, including but not limited to tree planting, pollinator habitat creation, maintenance, education, and administrative costs.
4.2 Trees4Bees will provide impact reports, as applicable to the partnership level, to demonstrate how funds have been utilized.
5. Recognition and Branding
5.1 Partners at applicable levels will be recognized in Trees4Bees communications, including the website, social media, press releases, and events, as outlined in the partnership benefits.
5.2 Trees4Bees grants Partners a non-exclusive, revocable license to use Trees4Bees branding (logos, materials, etc.) for the duration of their partnership, provided such use aligns with Trees4Bees' branding guidelines and is approved in advance.
5.3 Trees4Bees reserves the right to withdraw recognition or revoke branding permissions if the Partner engages in activities deemed harmful to Trees4Bees' mission or reputation.
6. Responsibilities of the Partner
6.1 Partners must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the application process and notify Trees4Bees of any changes to their contact information or corporate status.
6.2 Partners agree not to use their partnership to imply endorsement by Trees4Bees of their products, services, or activities beyond the partnership scope.
6.3 Partners participating in employee engagement activities (e.g., tree planting events) are responsible for the conduct and safety of their employees during such events.
7. Term and Termination
7.1 Partnerships are valid for one year from the date of approval unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7.2 Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days’ written notice.
7.3 Trees4Bees reserves the right to terminate the partnership immediately in the event of non-payment, breach of these T&Cs, or actions that conflict with Trees4Bees' mission.
7.4 Upon termination, all benefits, including recognition and branding permissions, will cease immediately.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Trees4Bees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
8.2 Trees4Bees makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or impacts of the partnership contributions beyond those explicitly stated in the Program materials.
9. Confidentiality and Data Use
9.1 Trees4Bees will use Partner information solely for Program administration and recognition purposes.
9.2 Trees4Bees will not sell or share Partner information with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law or for the delivery of partnership benefits.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These T&Cs are governed by the laws of [England & Wales]. Any disputes arising under these T&Cs shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].
11. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
11.1 Trees4Bees reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. Partners will be notified of significant changes via email or through updates on the Trees4Bees website. Continued participation in the Program after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised T&Cs.
